Canada - We offer a $15.75 Flat Rate Shipping Canada-wide. The estimated delivery is 3-7 days.
US - We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $25.50 to the US.Â
International - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight, and displayed at checkout. Or contact us directly and we will organize International Shipping with the Carrier of your choice.
 Estimated delivery outside of Canada is 8-20 days since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.Â
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naturally Canada is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.Â
- All customer purchases placed on Naturally Canada’s Marketplace have 21 days to return the item/item’s purchased and must be in their original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
- An RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns/store credit.
