Returns/Refunds Policy


  • All customer purchases placed on Naturally Canada’s Marketplace have 21 days to return the item/item’s purchased and must be in their original condition.
  • An RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns/store credit.
  • All returns will be handled by our Customer Service Team, contact Kimberley@naturallycanada.com for more info.
  • Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
  • A handling and processing fee of $2.99 will be charged for the refund of your original purchase. (This amount will be deducted automatically from your invoice).
  • All Refunds will be processed in the first week of every Calendar month.
  • Exchanges for clothing sizing are the only exchanges accepted on Naturally Canada. Special circumstances will be handled by our customer service and addressed on an individual basis.
  • No returns on Sale items or during Holiday Promotion Sales Offerings.
