Shipping policy

Note:
- Processing times are different from the shipping times reflected at checkout.
- Due to our commitment to the environment, some of our vendors offer drop shipping of their products to you to reduce carbon footprints, in this case delivery times may differ.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Or if an item needs to be custom made, we will contact you via the email you provided and update the delivery/shipping date.

We Ship Worldwide!

Canada - We offer a $14.95 Flat Rate Shipping Canada-wide. Estimated delivery 3-7 days.
US - We offer a $18.50 Flat Rate Shipping to the US. 
International - We charge a flat rate of $85.00 which includes shipping and handling, duties. 
Estimated delivery outside of Canada is 8-20 days since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naturally Canada is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

We accept returns/exchanges up to 21 days after delivery if the item is unused and in it's original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
All returns are to be handled by our customer service, please contact Kimberley@naturallycanada.com.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Kimberley@naturallycanada.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
