Shipping Policy

 

Processing times are different from the shipping times reflected at checkout.
Due to our commitment to the environment, some of our vendors offer drop shipping of their products to you to reduce carbon footprints, in this case delivery times may differ.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. 

We Ship Worldwide!

Canada - We offer a $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping Canada-wide. The estimated delivery is 3-7 days. Free Shipping on orders over $250.00

US - We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $18.50 to the US. Free Shipping on orders over $250.00

International - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight, and displayed at checkout. Or contact us directly and we will organize International Shipping with the Carrier of your choice.

 Estimated delivery outside of Canada is 8-20 days since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naturally Canada is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

  • All customer purchases placed on Naturally Canada’s Marketplace have 21 days to return the item/item’s purchased and must be in their original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
  • An RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns/store credit.
  • All returns are to be shipped back by Canada Post/UPS addressed to Naturally Canada - Box 1287, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia B0J 2C0
  • Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
  • A handling and processing fee of $2.99 will be charged for the refund of your original purchase. (This amount will be deducted automatically from your invoice).
  • Refunds will be processed within 1 calendar week of receiving your items.
  • Exchanges for clothing sizing are the only exchanges accepted on Naturally Canada. Special circumstances will be handled by our customer service and addressed on an individual basis.
  • No returns on Sale items or during Holiday Promotion Sales Offerings.
  • No returns on Promo Discount Offerings or Sign-on Discount Offerings.


 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
