Note:
- Processing times are different from the shipping times reflected at checkout.
- Due to our commitment to the environment, some of our vendors offer drop shipping of their products to you to reduce carbon footprints, in this case delivery times may differ.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. 

We Ship Worldwide!
Canada - We offer a $15 Flat Rate Shipping Canada-wide. Estimated delivery 3-7 days.
US - We offer a $35 Flat Rate Shipping to the US. 
International - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight, and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery outside of Canada is 8-20 days since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naturally Canada is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 


We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery if the item is unused and in it's original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
All returns are to be mailed to the supplier.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@naturallycanada.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
