- All customer purchases placed on Naturally Canada’s Marketplace have 21 days to return the item/item’s purchased and must be in their original condition.
- We will accept unworn and unwashed return purchased from our online store and for a full refund.
- Underwear and socks are non-refundable, we do accept the return of Bras.
- No returns accepted for opened Aromatherapy & Skincare Products.
- An RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns/store credit.
- All returns will be handled by our Customer Service Team, contact Kimberley@naturallycanada.com for more info.
- Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
- A handling and processing fee of $2.99 will be charged for the refund of your original purchase. (This amount will be deducted automatically on the refunded order).
- All Refunds will be processed in the first week of every Calendar month.
- Exchanges for clothing sizing are the only exchanges accepted on Naturally Canada. Special circumstances will be handled by our customer service and addressed on an individual basis.
- No returns on Sale items or during Holiday Promotion Sales Offerings.
- The cost of return shipping for exchanges or refunds is not included with your purchase.
- In the event of lost or stolen packages that are clearly tracked and showing as delivered by the Shipping carrier, please note we are not responsible for either lost or stolen packages to the designated address provided to us at the time of your order and checkout.
